Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Return shipping: Customer pays return shipping (unless item is damaged/wrong)
- The product is unused and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
To initiate a return, please contact us at homebaazarofficial@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the product.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products damaged due to misuse by the customer.
- Items returned without original packaging.
- Personal care or hygiene-related products once opened.
- Clearance or sale items unless damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at homebaazarofficial@gmail.com with:
- Order Number
- Photos of the product
- Description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
